I offer 1-1 sessions in person in Lewes, online or via phone which take place at an agreed time, usually weekly.

Each session lasts 50 minutes and the number of sessions you will need is flexible depending on what you are looking to explore and what you might want to achieve. This can be discussed and agreed together, I will be guided by you.

I understand that finding the right counsellor is not always easy. I therefore offer a free 20 minute initial phone assessment, for you to explain what is bringing you to counselling and decide whether I might be the right counsellor for you
